1• The Indian horticulture sector contributes 33% of the GVA of the country. The industry is labor intensive and therefore, a small push will increase employment opportunities exponentially.
एकूण भारतीय भौगोलिक क्षेत्रापैकी ०.15% खारफुटीने व्यापलेली आहे. हे सुमारे 4,975 चौरस किलोमीटर आहे. भारतातील 42.45% खारफुटी एकट्या पश्चिम बंगाल राज्यात आहे. भारतीय खारफुटींना क्षारता वाढणे, ऑक्सिजनची कमतरता आणि दैनंदिन भरती-ओहोटी यांसारख्या मर्यादांचा सामना करावा लागत आहे
2• Green Growth will be one of the major priorities of the Indian Government during 2023-24. To make India free from pollution and increase the use of electric vehicles and achieve green growth, Indian Government allocated Rs 5,172 lakh crores for FAME Scheme.
2023-24 या कालावधीत हरित विकास हे भारत सरकारच्या प्रमुख प्राधान्यांपैकी एक असेल. भारताला प्रदूषणमुक्त करण्यासाठी आणि इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनांचा वापर वाढवण्यासाठी आणि हरित विकास साधण्यासाठी, भारत सरकारने FAME योजनेसाठी 5,172 लाख कोटी रुपयांची तरतूद केली आहे.
3• The Mangroves cover 0.15% of the total Indian Geographical area. This is around 4,975 square kilometers. The state of West Bengal alone has 42.45% of India’s mangroves. Indian mangroves are facing limitations such as an increase in salinity, lack of oxygen, and diurnal tidal inundations.

4• There are more than two thousand agriculture startups in the country. The Government of India is trying to increase this number to ten thousand. Agriculture is the Backbone of the Indian Economy contributing 53.89% GVA of India.
देशात दोन हजारांहून अधिक कृषी स्टार्टअप्स आहेत. ही संख्या दहा हजारांपर्यंत वाढवण्याचा भारत सरकारचा प्रयत्न आहे. भारताच्या 53.89% GVA योगदान देणारी कृषी ही भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्थेचा कणा आहे.
5• The Finance Minister Smt Nirmala Sitaraman presented the Union Budget 2023-24. The budget was presented based on seven priorities namely Inclusive development, Infrastructure and Investment, youth power, unleashing the potential, green growth, financial sector, and reaching the last mile.
केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारामन यांनी 2023-24 चा केंद्रीय अर्थसंकल्प सादर केला. सर्वसमावेशक विकास, पायाभूत सुविधा आणि गुंतवणूक, युवा शक्ती, संभाव्यता मुक्त करणे, हरित वाढ, आर्थिक क्षेत्र आणि शेवटच्या टप्प्यावर पोहोचणे या सात प्राधान्यांवर आधारित अर्थसंकल्प सादर करण्यात आला.
6• The Government of India has been bringing tremendous changes in the defense sector in the recent past. The changes made the defense ministry, the largest buyer of MSME goods in 2022 amongst all other ministries.
भारत सरकार अलीकडच्या काळात संरक्षण क्षेत्रात प्रचंड बदल करत आहे. या बदलांमुळे संरक्षण मंत्रालय हे 2022 मध्ये MSME वस्तूंचे इतर सर्व मंत्रालयांच्या तुलनेत सर्वात मोठे खरेदीदार बनले.
7• The GST collection has been increasing in recent times. The three main reasons for the hike in GST collection are decisions made by GST Council, changes made in tax collection, and rising inflation.
अलीकडच्या काळात जीएसटी संकलन वाढत आहे. जीएसटी कलेक्शन वाढण्याची तीन प्रमुख कारणे म्हणजे जीएसटी कौन्सिलने घेतलेले निर्णय, कर संकलनात केलेले बदल आणि वाढती महागाई.
8• The revenue from the tourism industry was 250 billion USD in 2018. Due to the COVID pandemic, the tourism industry suffered huge losses. The revenue fell to 122 billion USD in 2020 due to the pandemic.
अलीकडच्या काळात जीएसटी संकलन वाढत आहे. जीएसटी कलेक्शन वाढण्याची तीन प्रमुख कारणे म्हणजे जीएसटी कौन्सिलने घेतलेले निर्णय, कर संकलनात केलेले बदल आणि वाढती महागाई.
9• Air Officer AP Singh was recently appointed the Vice Chief of the Indian Air Force. Currently, Vivek Chaudhari is the Chief of the Indian Air Force.
हवाई अधिकारी एपी सिंग यांची नुकतीच भारतीय हवाई दलाच्या उपप्रमुखपदी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली. सध्या विवेक चौधरी हे भारतीय हवाई दलाचे प्रमुख आहेत.
10• The National Mental Health Survey conducted in 2015-16 says that there are 150 million Indians suffering from mental illness.
2015-16 मध्ये झालेल्या राष्ट्रीय मानसिक आरोग्य सर्वेक्षणानुसार 150 दशलक्ष भारतीय मानसिक आजाराने ग्रस्त आहेत.
